2024 NHRA Drag Racing Revamps

JEB Four Racing reveals a revamped Henry J, partnering with Jerry Bickel Race Cars and Kaeser Compressors.

Powered by a Sonny Leonard 762-cid Next Generation Hemi engine, this NHRA gem boasts a new carbon fiber body and a striking paint scheme by GOS Motorsports Graphics. Kaeser continues its 30-year sponsorship.

With a storied history, the Henry J remains a drag racing icon, a unique presence in NHRA competition. JEB Four, led by James Brooks, aims for success with a powerhouse engine and proven transmission setup.

Boasting 15 event wins, they closed 2023 strong, finishing fourth in the Central Division.


In another corner of NHRA, Gutierrez Brothers Racing joins forces with Maxima Racing Oils for the 2024 season. The team, a fixture in Top Alcohol Dragster, had a breakthrough 2023, emphasizing consistency and speed.

The Gutierrez brothers express excitement over this partnership, leveraging Maxima's top-notch products for a competitive edge.

Looking ahead, GBR plans to enhance their drag racing performance products for the upcoming season. Meanwhile, Nitro Mafia Racing welcomes Gary Allen to pilot their new Nitro Funny Car—a 1978 Plymouth Arrow—adding excitement to the NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Series and Legends Nitro Funny Car Series for 2024.
